Managing Flux With CBT

A 6 week virtual CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) course for menopausal women.

 The way we think about symptoms in certain situations tends to affect how we feel and what we do, and these reactions can in turn increase the intensity of our hot flushes and night sweats. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence recommends that GPs and health professionals give information and advice to menopausal women about the benefits of cognitive behaviour therapy.

In this six week course, we will use CBT to help control hot flushes, night sweats and anxiety focusing on the links between physical symptoms, our thoughts, our feelings and our behaviour.
